Timber the Dog needs a home

Timber had a rough start in life. He was found as a stray in Salt Lake City. Because of his early experiences, he is shy and defensive with strangers. It's best for new people to meet him on a walk outside of his room. Timber will warm up. He just needs people to be patient and understanding with him. Once he comes around, he is very sweet and affectionate and will form a strong, loving bond with people he trusts. Born in 2013, Timber gets along great with other dogs and would be perfectly happy with doggie companions in a home. Timber will take some time to come around, but his friendship is well worth it.
